Quality Food and Drink in Holmesfield, on the edge of the Peak District

At The Angel we specialise in good quality food, locally sourced wherever possible, at reasonable prices. Anything we can make ourselves we do, including homemade bread, ice cream, shortbread and chutneys. We also have up to six quality cask ales on tap and a good selection of wines.

Our menu is always varied, including traditional pub classics, vegetarian dishes, 'world' dishes and a wide range of gluten-free options. We change the menu every few months.

Sunday Lunch is served 12.00pm until 8.00pm.The menu changes reularly but always includes a choice of two roast dinners and plenty of other options.
